“TASTY JAPAN”は、「食を通じて世界中の人をHappyにしたい」という思いから誕生しました。これまでも私たちは、わさびを中心としたさまざまな日本の伝統食材を飲食業界に提供してきました。その経験は日本で40年、海外でも30年に及びます。

そして今、2020年の東京オリンピックを視野に入れ、私たちは、食に関する新たな取り組みを始めます。グローバルなビジネス経験から学んだ和の食材へのニーズや、国内外における和食の現状を踏まえ、日本の美とおもてなしの心を、おいしさにこめて、“真の和食”の魅力を伝え、広げていきます。

日本国内はもちろんのこと、海外での和食文化の啓蒙、おいしいだけでなく、ヘルシーな和食の紹介、飲食店のプロデュースやコンサルティングなど、食に関するより広範囲な取り組みを行っていきたいと考えています。

Tasty Japan was born with the purpose of “making the people in the world happy through food.” We have been offering various Japanese traditional ingredients, mainly Wasabi, in the restaurant business. We have 40 years of experience in Japan and 30 years abroad.

And now, having our sights set on the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, we are taking a new approach to food. We recognize the need for the Japanese ingredients based on our experience in the global business. By taking the current state of “Washoku” into consideration, we will introduce and spread the fascination of the “real Washoku” by showing the Japanese beauty and hospitality in the taste.

We will make wide-ranging efforts on food: we will spread the “Washoku (Japanese food)” culture in the world as well as in Japan; we will introduce good and healthy “Washoku” recipes; we will produce various restaurants; we will offer consultation for restaurants; and so on.
